Philips 51" CRT projection television and the red will not move vertically. What’s wrong and how do i fix it? ?

Model: Philips 51PP9200D/37
Was watching and it suddenly freaked out. Now it looks like you’re watching a 3D movie without the glasses.

This happened to me during warranty. The repairman replaced a part on the board (CPU). He was getting in the truck when the tv freaked out again. He came back and replaced the board. At 3 years it happened again. The repair is $400. I called a 2nd authorized guy who said that he won’t work on 3 year old tv’s.
If you pay $125 for the service call, tell the guy to come with a truckload of Phillips parts. If he has to order a part, the repair is $400. And it comes with no warranty.

    You are not going to fix it. Call a service person.
