The repairman replaced a part on the board (CPU). He was getting in the truck when the tv freaked out again. He came back and replaced the board. At 3 years it happened again. The repair is $400. I called a 2nd authorized guy who said that he won't work on 3 year old tv's. If you pay $125 for the service call, tell the guy to come with a truckload of Phillips parts.
